Are you able to inform internal and external stakeholders objectively and expertly about the financial performance and capital position of Athora Nederland? Can you provide advice to these stakeholders based on the delivered end products with a focus on the liabilities and insurance risk, which helps management in making decisions regarding returns, risks, investments, capital, and dividend policy?

What are you going to do?
As Manager Liabilities & Projections you are responsible for managing a team of professionals to provide reliable and timely information regarding the liabilities, insurance risks and financial results. The team performs actuarial projections, consolidate and analyse results for IFRS17 and Solvency 2. Further, the team provides adequate and timely information about balance sheet insurance risks.
The Manager Liabilities & Projections is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and interact with various departments and external auditors and driving the change process in the department.

What do we ask from you?
Are you capable to manage a team of professionals, advise and inform the Executive Committee & senior management and considering broader financial consequences? Together we'll continuously match the role with your development and interest.
Qualified actuary or comparable knowledge level
Eight years of relevant experience post-professional qualification, including excellent knowledge of Solvency II
Good analytical skills and communicative skills (Dutch & English)
