What are you going to do?
As Capital Planning Analyst in our **Planning and Analysis** team within the Corporate Finance department, you will play a crucial role in planning, aligning and shaping the company's Business Plan. Our team, consisting of six professionals, thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, working closely with almost the entire organization.
Your Impact
Business Plan Development: You will be pivotal in developing and overseeing the company's Business Plan (both from Solvency II and IFRS perspective), setting KPIs for the upcoming planning period.
Capital and Funding Plan: Key input to the Business Plan is the Capital and Funding Plan where you will combine asset deployment (Strategic Asset Allocation), New Business and other management actions such as Reinsurance, Capital distributions, Debt refinancing into the projection of the Solvency II capital position and Athora Netherlands' Balance Sheet
Performance Measurement: During the Monthly and Quarterly Business Review, you will evaluate the Business Plan's progress, assess target achievement, analyze reasons for success or shortfall, and create forecasts based on new insights.
Stakeholder Management: Your communicative and analytical skills will be essential in managing various business stakeholders and guiding senior management in making critical business decisions.
Vereisten
What do we ask from you?
At least 3 years in finance, capital management, or control, preferably within the insurance or financial sectors.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field.
Familiarity with Solvency II and/or IFRS 17.
Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Power BI and Python is a plus.
Ability to leverage new technology and tools for planning and reporting.
Facilitate cross-functional planning, alignment and collaboration to ensure comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
Commitment to enhancing financial planning and analysis processes and tools and embrace new tools.
A collaborative mindset and a strong team player.

Salary per month: based on CLA scale 9, the range is € 3.698,04 - € 5.634,24 based on 36 hours.
